SERGE GHAZARIAN|Executive Chef & Culinary consultant for Lebanon and Middle East|is announced as an AMBASSADOR OF TASTE FOR THE GLOBAL GASTRONOMY® SILVER MEDALLIST 2021

Serge Ghazarian, is a 34 years old Chef with 18 years of experience in the culinary world, based in Saudi Arabia, working for Carlton Nutrition Center Company in Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain as the Regional Executive Chef. Working on different types of cuisines and serving around 1000 Costumers per day, Carlton Nutrition Center Company, started a new line of healthy Shops in KSA and Bahrain under the name of NUTRIFIX.


Chef Serge attended several Trainings with Michelin Starred Chefs and has completed the Sous Vide Training with Mr. Bruno (CREA France).


Memberships and Awards:

Chef Serge is a member of Lebanese Chefs Gold Club, Maitre Rotisseur in La Chaine des Rotisseurs Association and Golden chef 2020 in best of Gastronomy France. He was also a contestant in TOP CHEF for the Middle East Countries in DUBAI and was elected top 1 many times during the show.


His motto in life is “Dream Big Aim High”.


Culinary Philosophy:

As a Lebanese chef with Armenian roots I always try to keep my heritage in both cuisines every time I create a menu, because in my opinion there is no future without our past, we learn from the old techniques and we introduce them in the future to our customers as an updated version of old cuisine.
